Corner Pergola Materials List
You have the plans ready to make your beautiful garden structure.
Now, here's the corner pergola materials and tools list showing all the things that you will need to build it from your downloaded plans.
You can find all of the tools and fixings here.

Several options may be listed. Choose any that are within your budget. For power tools, if you can afford DeWalt, Makita or Hitachi, go for those (DeWalt being the best).
Look in the Clearance section, where they have items listed that are not available through their other pages, as you can get some great bargains here, e.g drill bit sets and tubs of screws.

- Tape measure
- Step ladder
- Work bench
- Post level
- Spirit level
- Mallet
- Hand saw
- Builder's square
- Sledgehammer
- Chisel
- Drill (corded or cordless)
- Drill bit set (2mm and 8mm bits)
- Spanner
- String
- Metal or wooden pegs
- Pencil
Optional:
- Extension reel
- RCD safety plug
- Reciprocating saw
- Jigsaw (for curved rafter tails)
- Screwdriver set
- Line marker paint
Materials:
- 7 (3"x3") Square Posts = (75mmx75mm) Sawn OR Planed
- 4 (6'x4') Trellis Panels (optional) Square OR Diamond
- 8 (6"x1.5") Rafters x 3.6m lengths
- 7 spiked, concrete-in or bolt down Post Anchors (Metposts)
- Post anchor driving tool
- Decking or stainless steel screws - approximatley 4mm x 65mm (min)
- 7 Coach Bolts - M8 x 130mm OR 60mm (1/2 total thickness) Coach Screws
- Washers M8
- Clear preservative
Optional:
Rafters lengths with pre-cut tail ends
